The casino area was quite smoky, which was not ideal for a non-smoker like me. I also noticed some issues with the water pressure in the shower, which could have been improved.

However, the casino area was overwhelmingly smoky, which made my time there uncomfortable. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great either, which was a letdown during my stay. Overall, the resort had a nice modern vibe, yet the lack of adequate non-smoking areas was a significant downside. I'd love to see improvements in this area.

On top of that, the pool required a thorough cleaning, as it did not meet hygiene standards during my visit. Furthermore, options for late-night snacks were lacking since the on-site convenience store shuts down far too early, forcing a trek outside the resort for essentials.

The property was stunning, especially with the snow making the scenery picture-perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a lovely soaking tub, which was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property, even in the so-called non-smoking areas, which diminished our experience significantly. while we enjoyed the amenities and the ambiance, the smoke was difficult to ignore and affected our stay.

The decor was modern and inviting, with soft neutrals creating a welcoming atmosphere, while the wide hallways and ramps made navigation easy for seniors like me.

A few more comfortable seating options would be nice.

Had a lovely one-night stay in a classy deluxe queen room. The warm, inviting vibe and the comfy beds really made it a treat! Staff were super helpful when I had a mini-bar issue.

I loved the indoor-outdoor pool, which was so inviting and perfect for relaxation! The room was cozy with a lovely lake view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, creating an lovely experience!

The room was clean and smelled like a fresh morning breeze. The indoor pool had more splash zones than a toddler's birthday party, allowing for an enjoyable swim between indoor and outdoor areas. Plus, the staff were as welcoming as an old friend with a pizza offer.
